Dawn Feniello Bressingham is the owner of Priority Pension Services, Inc. (AFI), established in 2006. PPSAFI offers a strategic and proactive approach to retirement plan compliance. As a retirement plan consultant for over 20 years, her experience has brought unique plan solutions to her clients. Dawn has successfully implemented tax minimization strategies for business owners along with reducing their liability and exposure for potential lawsuits. 


PPSAFI is a full service employee benefits consulting, insurance and actuarial firm, including Third Party Administration (TPA) and actuarial services for all tax qualified retirement plans and personal/business insur­ance including life, health and disability. We provide education and guid­ance to plan sponsors in fulfilling their roles as fiduciaries. Our company specializes in compliance reviews, benchmarking and cost savings analy­sis. We also offer consulting services to advisors that are not specialized in retirement planning. 


Consulting services include customized plan design for all Defined Contribution Plans: 401(k) Plans, Profit Sharing and 403(b) Plans and Defined Benefit Plans: Traditional and Cash Balance. The firm can also implement insurance into any of these plans to allow for maximum tax deductions. 

We also offer a Delinquent Filer Voluntary Correction Program for companies who have not filed their past due Form 5500’s. The firm offers a cost effective way to correct this error and avoid penalties and/or plan disqualification. 


In 2013, she provided consulting services for ERP Actuaries & Consul­tants (ERP), as the Director of Business Development. Dawn’s focus was to expand the firm’s existing presence on Long Island. Utilizing her diverse retirement plan knowledge, Dawn was responsible for managing and developing new sales channels and for expanding additional centers of influence within the 401(k) and Qualified Plan Market. 


Prior to establishing PPSAFI, Dawn was employed in various roles for a number of large consulting firms including Mutual of America, Deloitte & Touche, Comprehensive Consulting Group and Associated Pension Consultants. In that capacity she provided consulting services for both defined benefit and defined contribution, eventually managing a team of consultants in the defined contribution area. 


Dawn is a graduate of the State University of New York at Stony Brook with a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Applied Mathematics and Statistics and has passed a number of actuarial exams sponsored by the Society of Actuaries. 


Dawn served on the Golf Committee for Life’s WORC 29th Annual Geraldo Rivera Golf & Tennis Classic Honoring Gillis & George Poll in May 2016. Dawn was a Bronze Sponsor and also served on the Commit­tee for The 5th Annual Long Island Imagine Awards in May 2017 and the Committee for the American Red Cross Long Island Centennial Celebration - 100 Years of Heroes (1917-2017) in June 2017. She is looking forward to donating as much of her time as possible to these and other invaluable organizations.

Gina Migliore is the Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Prior­ity Pension Services, Inc. (AFI), established in 2006. Gina enjoyed a successful career as a Paralegal for over 12 years in both New York and New Jersey. After the birth of her first child in 2001, she joined a worldwide digital media content provider as their Global Col­lections Manager. After having her second child in 2005, she took a few years off to raise her children. In 2015, Gina was ready to get back into the workforce and joined Priority Pension Services as its Client Rela­tions Manager. While still very active in that role, she is also the VIce President and Chief Operating Officer of PPSAFI.
